The year of 2006 was significant for the shoe company, as it was then that Minneapolis-based investment firm Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morrison bought 90% of the shares of Allen Edmond. The company was paid $100 million. In October 2007, the shoe company took part in n a reunion of shoemakers at an exhibit in the Lewiston-Auburn. In the year of 2009 Allen Edmonds introduced a new line of male slippers for holiday season. The motto of the company is “quality, service and integrity”. And their aim is to follow these words.
