| Number 5 goes to Platinum Guild stiletto heels from Stuart Weitzman. Their price is $1,090,000. As many as 464 diamonds adorn platinum straps making the sandals look extravagant and sparkling. |

| Every year the designer chooses a Cinderella to wear the masterpiece. The first lucky woman was Laura Harring who was meant to put on the sandals at the Oscar Awards in 2002.
