| The entire world goes crazy about healthy lifestyle. That is wonderful, but there are those who take advantage of it, I mean shoe industry. Ask a sportsman how much does he spend on the latest model of trainers designed according to any ultra modern technology. A figure will be impressive but benefit of such trainers is doubtful…
Nike representatives asked athletes in California about their shoe preferences and were taken aback. The sportsmen’s answer was …no shoes at all. Athletes turned out to get less injures and even run faster barefoot. Statistics is shocking – over 60 percent of runners suffer some types of feet problems. |

| Shoe industry representatives do not understand why having spent such great amounts of money they have not reached desirable results. On the contrary, they were completely slammed by conclusion of scientists, which says that it is shoe a culprit of multiple injuries and problems for runners. Trainers turned out to cause ankle rotations, knee injuries and feet weakness.
According to scientists, if people did not wear trainers, they would run more. And if they ran more, there would be far less heart diseases and obesity problems. |

| By the way, Tarahumara tribe famous for the fastest runners has never used running shoes. Their invention is a tire strip placed on a foot and adjusted by leather straps. So, now we know what an ideal running shoe looks like.
Well, when it was revealed that cigarettes were harmful, tobacco companies were obliged to admit the fact and inform customers about possible threat. I wonder what shoe manufacturers are going to do now having been disclosed. But they seem to refuse their loss, so if customers will continue purchasing trainers, shoe manufacturers will be thankful and will keep functioning and flourishing. So, should we return to nature or accommodate to the existing conditions – it is up to us to decide. |

| At the beginning of the cooperation the designer has said with imprudence that Barbie’s ankles are fat. At least, that is the way he has been understood. According to the words of the famous designer, he just meant that Barbie’s ankles could be a bit thinner. Anyway, Louboutin did not confuse and added that he was happy to realize that Barbie had such serious and good fans. |

| Cheer up, Barbie & Louboutin fans, not only shoe line will be on sale but also a diary featuring funny pictures of the designer and a doll on multiple adventures. | You have a party or a date and want to look stunning? My advice is to think over your outfit carefully. And the main point for creating a fabulous image is attention to details. Cheer up, fashion lovers who love to add a zest to their outfit. Stephanie Kim shared her idea of how to add spice.
Stephanie Kim suggested uncommon and eye-catching accessories for shoes – removable adornments that allow changing a shoe design in a flash. Stephanie is not the only designer who promotes the idea. There is a group of removable adornment followers who create such unique accessories. Stephanie Kim’s inventions are named Dekkori. |
|
| But how did the idea appear? It was insatiable and fashion conscious mind of Stephanie that led the designer to creation of such masterpieces. The thing is Kim goes crazy about shoes, so she has piled up so many pairs that there is no place in her home. But her desire for something new and unique seemed to grow up with the piles of shoes she collected. |
|
| Once Stephanie decided to sort out her shoe collection and change favorite models’ design on her own. That is when the idea of unusual adornments appeared. Her accessories allow changing color, style, material and design of a shoe.
Dekkori collection features removable pieces made of leather, suede, satin and enameled leather with different pastes. Dekkori is a perfect chance to accessorize your favorite heels, pumps or sandals and save money. Moreover, you are free to choose how to do it – by means of sexy straps or buckles, satin ribbons or pastes. |

| Though warm and sunny season of spring is not coming soon, and we have to stand cold and windy weather, shoe designers seem to have got tired of booties and boots yet and suggest that we go ahead. Personally I completely support them because I do not like cold weather at all. That is why today I offer you a list of shoe models presented at Fashion Weeks Spring – Summer 2010.

| Matthew Williamson Looking at this shoe I tend to think of something beautiful and romantic. The shoes are made of silky taffeta trimmed with bows. The heel as well as a platform is covered with the same silky material. Models appearing on the stage wore skirts and pipe trousers of a similar material as the shoes are. |

| Roksanda Ilincic By the way, this shoe collection impressed me a lot, so let’s have a good look at it. African motives, volume feathers and high heels are the main features of the designer’s collection. Well, such footwear is not from RTW (ready to wear) line, but I would love to try it on. |

| Burberry Prorsum At first sight, these ankle boots remind sandals. This is an effect of unusual mixture of mat satin ribbons and a glossy upper of a bootie. The bootie features a high heel and a platform that is a part and parcel of the latest shoe trend. |
