| Once again we turn our attention to one of the best fashion designers in the industry Christian Louboutin. The point for heightened interest is Clou Noeud 150 Studded slingbacks. The shoes have been worn by so many celebrities, I’ve honestly lost track. | Justin Shroyer, an assistant professor of kinesiology at the University of Louisiana-Lafayette has made a sensational discovery. He has been studying for more than a hundred people who regularly wear flip flops. The aim of the investigation was to find out how the most popular and comfortable footwear affects our feet. |

| His findings were that when one wears flip-flops, the muscles on the front of the shins, or tibialis anterior, work harder than they do when people are barefoot. The reason of the increased muscle activity is when we wear flip flops the toes try to grip the shoe to keep it in place. Besides, this sort of footwear shortens your stride length and can cause pain in your lower legs. |

| The number of diseases caused by our favorite flip flops is unbelievable and shocking. Among short-term issues related to flip-flop use would be heel and arch pain, tendinitis, shin splints, sprains, splinters, cuts, and toe injuries.
