| Well, the collection is interesting, elegant and classy, but in some aspects I can agree with fashion critics. The footwear is incoherent and un-inspiring for me. This is what critics say: The cage shoes: nothing new, nothing exciting. The velvet disco shoes: nothing new, nothing inspiring. |

| In the 80s, Gucci had become so watered down by the style and quality of their product that they went nearly bankrupt. Tom Ford arrived and essentially saved the design house. Now that Mr. Ford is gone, I think they are headed back down that road. |

This sandal features a criss-cross strap that girdles an ankle very elegantly. Python patterned straps are generously adorned with stones that add a spice to the whole image. The heel and the platform are made of bamboo. A mixture of python pattern, bamboo and stones make me think of hot and bright summer days.
Not a single shoe collection today seems not to be able to do without gladiator shoes. These gladiator sandals are just one version of the trend. What is unusual here is a zipper on the front part and a high stiletto heel that changes the whole concept of a gladiator shoe. The shoe is made in black color. |
