Ther Peak of Femeninity: Alexandra Neel Shoe Collection

In the collections of fashion designers appear curious shoe models that may be extravagant, futuristic or vintage. Some of them look quire brutal, but at the same time, there are still lots of women who prefer femininity in clothes and footwear. So, what do we have for them this season?

Alexandra Neel presented a new shoe collection that will make you feel a woman again. If you want to say a definite NO to heavy rock style adornments, brutal soles and incredible shapes, it is high time to do that. Now you have a perfect option.

I was glad to see that the designer decided to use mild, gentle and very beautiful color tints. The shoes in the picture above are made of python leather painted in pale grey color. They feature a quite high steady heel and a stylish detail on the toe that looks like a little nice bow. On the one hand, the shoe has no peculiar details that can drive attention, but on the other, their elegance and sophistication attracts admiring looks.

The boots you can see in the picture have a gorgeous ash rose color. The toe is trimmed with fancy cuts and decorative seams. So as to make the seams, Alexandra Neel used a brown colored cord. A high stiletto heel makes the boot look elegant and exquisite. What is more, the upper part of the boots has a beautiful cuff that adds slight negligence to the shoe.

Almost the same features has an ankle boot designed by Alexandra Neel. Ash rose suede, little details, and decorative seams. The difference consists in the heel that is covered with suede of the same color.
I adore the collection due to its high alluring and feminine power. So, fashion lovers, do not waste time, real femininity is very close.

First of all, I would like to drive your attention to winter boots. The first model is beautifully trimmed with fur in “Russian style”; it is made in black color with a famous red sole. The heel is super high, and the front part of the sole has an elegant platform. Actually, fur detailing is highly popular among fashion designers lately. The second one is made in white. The shape is the same but no fur is used here but nice gilded “buttons”.

Cheer up, active women who will always prefer comfort to sexy high heels. Christian Louboutin presented several models on a very low heel. These nice ankle boots are perfect for fashionistas who are always on the go. These shoes are really laconic in details, they are brutal on the one hand and elegant on the other.
Not a single shoe collection for fall and winter cannot do without dizzily sexy thigh-highs.

And the last but not the least, the designer included into the collection a series of shoes trimmed with Swarovski crystals. The author used a highly popular nude trend. His shoes are partly sheer, and the other part is covered with shiny crystals. I have a picture of these gorgeous models here for you to enjoy.
No doubt, the collection will satisfy every fashion lover as it includes shoe models for different lifestyles and tastes.

A Fairy-Tale Told by Christian Louboutin

Christian Louboutin is a designer whose shoe collections turn into a sensation every season. But not only shoes made by the master are worth praising. I would like to drive your attention to the advertising campaign prepared specially for Fall – Winter 2010/2011.

A Fairy-Tale Told by Christian Louboutin

As a rule his seasonal photo sessions are realized without models taking part in it. Shoes are protagonists of every picture. They resemble me a fairy tale told by a genius artist. The world renowned photographer Khuong Nguyen ran the process. According to him, each picture reflects a scene from a famous children’s fairy tale.

One of the main themes of the advertising campaign was a story of Alice in Wonderland. Taking into account that everybody is keen on Tim Burton’s interpretation of the story, this picture does not look trite. I dare to say that the interpretation of the story made by Christian Louboutin and Khuong Nguyen is extremely amazing and beautiful.

Another picture is based on Cinderella’s story. A gorgeous shiny shoe on a stiletto heel is in the center of attention. Can you guess what moment of the story we can see in the photo? I hope that thanks to four mice that were fabulous white horses just a minute ago it would be easy.

A nice Mermaid and her sentimental story is reflected by masters of the genre is the next picture of the collection.

Well, a lot other famous children’s stories we are told today. “Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs” and “The Snow Queen” are also among them. Who could guess that popular children’s fairy tales can be turned into fashion stories?

Both masters – of a fashion industry and of photography – managed to unite things that seem to be incompatible. That is what real mastery means. And in conclusion, some more pictures for you to enjoy.

Fall-Winter 2010/11 Camilla Skovgaard Shoe Collection

As a rule on the eve of every season we expect with impatience collection from world known designers whose unusual shoe models impress our imagination. Nevertheless, I would not like to focus only on them. The protagonist of today is a shoe designer Camilla Skovgaard whose each collection is different from the previous one. Besides her every new shoe collection is even bolder, unpredictable and vivid that the one before. Here I have got some pictures of her latest collection for Fall – Winter 2010/11.

When you look at footwear made by Camilla Skovgaard you can feel incredibly innovative approach in every detail – in materials she uses, in finishing elements, complex architectural shapes. Actually, I cannot image her shoe lone without sophisticated architectural designs – that is like a signature of a talented designer.

The hit of the latest collection are doubtlessly Chinese shoes. They feature wooden platform with fanciful protuberances that look like square heel that go at front and rare part of the sole.

And the last but not the least shoes for today are thigh-high boots in leather and suede variants. They are inspired by the Middle Ages but a high heel and a platform add a modern look to them. As for me, in every shoe presented in the collection each one is gorgeous, unique, elegant and modern.
