These adorable boots were designed under the impression of the cosmopolitan spirit of Quebec and are named after it. The Quebec from Palladium is an achingly beautiful and at the same time outrageously comfortable boot with a 0.5 inch heel and an elegant sleek knee-high (15 inch high) shaft and low profile. The circumference is 15 inches. The arch cushion is padded, which provides extra comfort for everyday wear. It is almost like wearing sneakers or house slippers when you have these ridiculously comfy Palladium Quebec boots on.
The upper is made from slightly textured smooth leather that is the main pizzazz of the boots. No doubt that the leather is of highest quality.
